How We Work
Although each project we do is unique, we like to follow a fairly strict process. We have found that this process helps to eliminate confustion and make everything as stress-free as possible. We also have a rigid sign-off process. As a client, this means that from the beginning and throughout the project you will always know exactly what you are paying for and we know exactly what you expect from us.

We Follow these steps with every project:
–Step 1:  Initial Briefing and Quote
–Step 2:  Concept Generation & First Drafts
–Step 3:  Final Concept Agreement
–Step 4:  Implementation

Step 1: Inital Briefing and Quote:

This is where we pull up some chairs, take out our notepads, shut up & listen.

At this stage we want to find out more about you and what your goals and desires are for your business. We want to get to know you and give you a chance to meet us. Depending on your location and schedule, we generally prefer to schedule these appointments to be either in person, over the phone, or through online chat. You can generally expect this to take between 1 and 2 hours. These discussions help us to understand you, your business, and your goals as well as making sure that we fully understand what it is that you want us to do for you.

After this inital contact, we will then generate a quote for you. We will not start the project until this quote and its particulars are agreed on. At this state, we will also draw up a contract for your approval. This is so you will know exactly what you’re paying for and we know exactly what we need to deliver.

Stage 2: Concept Generation and Prototypes

Now that we have a good grasp of who you are and what we need to do, we start doing research. What does your target market want to see? How do we best attract them? What are your competition doing and how can we do it better? These are all things we will research before starting your project.

Now it’s time to get to work. We start generating ideas and getting them on paper. Once they’ve been refined, we transfer those ideas to the computer.

As soon as these firt design concepts are done, we will email you a link to preview them.

Step 3: Final Concept Agreements

Now that you have our initial ideas, we will talk with you about our ideas and reasoning behind them. We can then discuss your views and feedback.

Usually at this point, one or two ideas will catch your attention and we can begin refining them. During this stage, we ask that you make every effort to respond promptly. This can make all the difference in how long it takes to deliver a final project.

After the refinements are complete, we should have a clear winning design.

Step 4: Implementation

Now that the final design is agreed on, we can implement it.

When we are finished, we will send you a final proof of the work. This will need to be signed before we send you the files, or if the project is web-based, launch it on the web.

When we have an agreement, and the work is complete, we can all kick back, relax, and admire the brilliant end result that meets all your needs and designers.
